Introduction

Welcome to the TIGRIS website. This document sets out the terms of use of the site. By using it, you accept these terms; by creating your account, you accept them too.

1. Definitions and general terms

• The site: the site operated by TIGRIS at tigrispro.com.
• The site operator: David Layani, owner and operator of TIGRIS, exempt dealer (עוסק פטור) 211422183, Netanya, Israel. Contact: contact@tigrispro.com, +972 58 530 8200.
• The user: anyone who browses the site, uses its content or contacts the site operator through it.

2. Purpose of the site

The site is intended to present TIGRIS's services and to allow users to make a first contact. Any business engagement will be made under a separate agreement (a quote) agreed between the parties.

The projects themselves (price, payment, timelines, warranty and cancellation) are governed by the signed quote. If you are a consumer, you keep all the rights the Israeli Consumer Protection Law gives you.

3. Rules of conduct and use

The user undertakes to use the site in accordance with the law and not to carry out any prohibited action, including:

• a. Uploading content that is illegal, offensive, threatening or infringes the rights of a third party.
• b. Using the site for commercial purposes without the prior, express written consent of TIGRIS.
• c. Impersonating another person or entity.
• d. Collecting information about other users.
• e. Carrying out any action that disrupts or interferes with the proper operation of the site.

4. Intellectual property

The texts, design, logo, tiger and illustrations on the site belong to TIGRIS, unless stated otherwise. The client sites shown in the projects belong to their owners; third-party fonts and tools remain their creators'. Copying this content or using it commercially without the written consent of TIGRIS is prohibited.

5. External links

The site may include links to external websites. TIGRIS is not responsible for the content, proper functioning or privacy policies of those sites. Visiting external sites is at the user's sole responsibility.

6. Liability

We do our best for the site to work properly and for its information to be accurate. TIGRIS is not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the site, or for a decision made solely on the basis of the site check or the assistant. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

7. Law and courts

Israeli law applies to these terms. The competent courts for the Netanya area are designated, without depriving a consumer of the court competent under the law.

8. The member area, the site check and the TIGRIS assistant

• The member area: access is personal. Keep your access to yourself and do not share it. We may suspend an account that is misused.
• The free site check: the result is an automatic estimate meant to help, not a binding professional opinion. Only check your own site, or a site you are allowed to check.
• The TIGRIS assistant: it is an artificial intelligence and can make mistakes. What it writes is neither a quote nor a commitment: the only binding quote is the one we send you in writing.

9. Updates

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published on this page, with its date. A significant change will be announced in the member area, and never changes a quote already signed.

10. Minors

The member area is for people aged 18 and over.

The privacy policy explains what we do with your information; the accessibility statement, what we have done so that everyone can use the site.
